Our team is led by Gillon Tadman (President & Managing Partner), who has built a successful twenty-year career in the specialist field of supply chain recruitment. Before setting up Penta Search Group, this included 10 years as a founding director of a niche supply chain search firm, helping to grow it from a start-up to a global business with 10 international offices and over 100 consultants.
