Gillon is the Founder & Managing Partner of Penta Search Group, leading the firm’s executive search and talent advisory practice across North America and Europe.
With more than 20 years of experience, he specialises in helping organisations secure senior leadership talent across supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, and broader industrial functions. His experience spans highly regulated and operationally complex sectors, including Life Sciences, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, and Capital Projects environments.
Over the course of his career, Gillon has led international search teams, held board-level leadership roles, and partnered closely with executive teams on critical leadership and growth mandates across multiple global markets.
Today, he focuses on driving Penta’s long-term growth and strategic direction while continuing to advise clients directly on senior and business-critical searches.
