With nearly 20 years of executive search experience, Perry specialises in the recruitment of supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and industrial leadership talent across sectors including Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Semiconductor, and Medical Devices. His experience spans both global enterprise organisations and emerging growth businesses.
Known for a consultative and delivery-focused approach, Perry has built long-standing relationships across international markets and works closely with leadership teams on talent strategy, workforce expansion, and critical hiring initiatives tied to growth and operational scale-up.
