Working closely with the executive leadership team, Feras plays a key role in shaping Penta’s long-term growth strategy, market expansion, and broader business operations.
As Co-Founder, Feras has been instrumental in supporting the establishment and growth of Penta Search Group, helping position the business as a specialist executive search and talent advisory partner across highly regulated and operationally complex sectors.
Today, he continues to work closely with the leadership team to support the firm’s strategic direction and long-term growth objectives.
