Career Pathways

The Consultant role is client facing and responsible for both client acquisition and account management.

Depending on which business unit you are working for at Penta, you will be identifying opportunities to provide retained, contained, contingency, interim or RPO solutions to clients within your assigned target market. Our Consultants work in a team with their dedicated Recruiter(s) to deliver exceptional talent to meet our clients needs accurately and efficiently.

We have the following levels of Consultant within the business, ensuring a clear path of development and increasing levels of responsibility and reward as your career progresses:

  • Associate Consultant
  • Consultant
  • Principal Consultant
  • Managing Consultant

The Recruiter role is solely responsible for identifying and generating high calibre talent for our client assignments.

You will work in partnership with your Consultant and will be involved in all stages of the search from the initial client briefing through to the offer stage and finally the onboarding of the successful candidate with our client.

We have the following levels of Recruiter within the business, ensuring a clear path of development and increasing levels of responsibility and reward as your career progresses:

  • Associate Recruiter
  • Recruiter
  • Senior Recruiter
  • Recruitment Manager
